Join us on Wednesday 28th JULY from 7pm.

We invite you to a Rum inspired 3-course meal hosted by Adam Keane, co-owner of Cocktail Gastronomy and a Cocktail specialist.

Throughout the night, Adam will take you on a journey around the world, sharing his knowledge about rum, cocktails and food pairing. On arrival, try the complimentary cocktail curated specially by Adam for you:

Bitter Relief - Mango rum, Campari, lemon, soda & passionfruit

Dinner will then be paired with a mixture of Rums, Long Drinks and Specialty cocktails, so there is something for everyone.

$59 per person - 3-Course meal with a cocktail on arrival

Entree
Lamb ribs, sweet and sour pomegranate glaze, sesame
Spiced Plum Daiquiri ($10) - Spiced rum, plum jam, cinnamon, lime

Main
Roast chicken, spiced butter, coconut labneh, fennel & herb salad
Roast cauliflower, chermoula spice, almond crema, chilli, pickles & herbs
Housemade pita bread
El Camino ($10) - Kaffir lime infused coconut rum, pineapple, grilled pineapple syrup, lime & coconut foam

Dessert
White chocolate parfait, aero dark chocolate, coffee mascarpone
Dirty Chai Martini ($10) - Coffee rum, cacao, fresh espresso.
