We are excited to announce our next Meet the Maker Dinner at The Brisbane Hotel with the illustrious La Delizia Latticini on WEDNESDAY 14th JULY from 7pm.

If you don’t know the name already, La Delizia Latticini is an Italian family business that creates delicious, hand-crafted cheese right here in Perth.

You are invited to dine with makers Dom Boccia and Antonio Caroli over a three-course meal, learning all about their business, cheese & more cheese.

First drink is on us and will be carefully matched with your starting meal. Throughout the night, there will be wines available to make the perfect pairing for each meal. We can also tell you that Dom and Antonio will be making their very own, famous Burrata, in-house…

$59 per person - 3-course meal with a drink on arrival.

First Course:
La Delizia Latticini scamorza croquette, apple aioli

Second Course:
La Delizia Latticini burrata, harissa roasted carrots, carrot top pesto, herbs, toasted buckwheat, pita
La Delizia Latticini ricotta gnudi, braised lamb shoulder, silver beet

 Dessert:
Cannoli stuffed with whipped La Delizia Latticini ricotta, spiced chocolate sauce
