Our 6th Meet the Maker has been announced, and are so excited to bring you Kakulas Brothers X The Brisbane Hotel on Wednesday September 1st, from 7pm.
If you didn’t know already, the Kakulas Brothers were established on William street in 1929 as a little grocery store that provide fresh goods to migrants. Since then, they have grown to become an iconic establishment, full of history.
Evan Kakulas will be our star guest on the evening, join us as he tells his story and the history of the Kakulas family. Our Chef, Peter Oberman, has designed a 3 course menu inspired from The Kakulas Brother’s story and some of the hero products they showcase in their store.
